Prepare your desktop
Use Windows 11 x64 or macOS 15+ on Apple silicon. Request a preview build from the download page. Keep the desktop app open while a task is running.
Choose and configure a model
Add a compatible endpoint, model identifier, and your own API key when needed in Settings. Choose a model with the capabilities your task requires. Check the destination and its data policy before authorizing sharing.
Authorize Android access
Enable Developer options and USB debugging on your own Android phone. Connect it with a data-capable USB cable, choose Connect phone in KAKABAKA, and approve the debugging prompt on the phone. Only approve computers you trust.
If you prefer wireless
Use the phone’s Wireless debugging pairing flow and the connection information shown by the app. The computer and phone need a reachable network path. Pairing and connection details can change; reconnect if the device becomes unavailable.
Try a small task
Choose the connected phone and ask for a task you can check, such as opening the calculator and evaluating a simple sum. Keep private apps closed for the first run. Review requested model sharing before continuing.
Stop, steer, or take over
Follow progress in the conversation. Give a follow-up instruction when needed. Stop if the app reaches an unexpected screen, operate the phone yourself, then continue when you are ready.
If the phone is not listed
Check the cable, debugging setting, authorization prompt, and connection status. Unlock or reauthorize the phone yourself when required. Corporate policies and Android app restrictions can prevent access.
